Turned up with a wheel and tyre which was changed on the spot. I was able to watch the process which was done with extra care and attention to not damage the rim and tube. Extra brucey bonus with internal rip tape added.Pro service 👌🏽

Went to go out on my bike Monday morning and found a large screw in rear tyre and only 8psi…phoned SMC just after 10am, left a message and John phoned me back very quickly. He ordered a new tyre for me, texted me to say it had arrived at 3pm and it was on my wheel at 3.45pm, balanced and all. What more can you ask? Good price too! I’ve used SMC several times now and received the same level of service each time, I will be back, though hopefully not too often!

Stourbridge Motorcycle Centre absolutely saved the day for me. I discovered my back wheel was completely flat on the morning I was due to go away every rider’s nightmare. I rang the centre, left my details, and despite not opening until 10:00 on a Saturday, John called me back within a short time.He got me booked in for 10:30, sorted the issue within 10 minutes, and delivered the kind of customer service you don’t forget.Fantastic service, genuine care, and a team who go above and beyond. Truly outstanding service, excellent, impartial advice on my choice of tyres and where to get something to eat! And a really friendly welcome too. I rode 38 miles to get there (took the long way round), but I'll definitely be going back.

Two MOT's today, excellent service as always.

I just thought I would take a few minutes to thank #stourbridgemotorcyclecentre for not only saving me money but also some uneccesssry work on my bike.Due to time constraints (I forgot my MOT/service was due) I recently had to take my bike to a main dealer as they had a suitable time slot available.I was advised that my rear wheel bearing had some play in it & would need replacing, tjerefore would I like to book it in.I declined as I couldn't afford it there & then, plus SMC would be my preferred place to get it done.Took it in to SMC today to have it replaced only for John to tell me there was nothing wrong with it & the very slight movement was just that the rear swing arm needed torquing up correctly!!!So cost wise, it would have been considerably cheaper than the main dealer in the first place & John could have just replaced it & charged me for it.Instead, as always, he chose to be honest & put his customer first saving me money & time.Can't say fairer than that 👍🏻

Exceptional service and repairs every time I visit. Great staff who are respectful and always eager to help and explain things clearly and methodically.This is the only motorcycle garage in the midlands I have experienced, that doesn’t look at you or treat you like you are a numpty who knows nothing about motorcycles when you walk in the door.I can’t recommend these fellas highly enough.

Having had a new rear tyre fitted in Scotland I needed the front replaced to match. Overseas registered bike and matching tyres required for the annual inspection. Tyre fitting booked on line, slight delay in fitting due to a supplier delay but all completed about 90 mins after leaving the bike in the workshop. Excellent service, thank you John

Been coming here for years to change motorcycle tyres. John and Nicola are absolutely brilliant. As an example I had a puncture sunday and needed to ride to a Ducati service Tuesday. They book months in advance so missing it wasn't an option. I text John Monday morning and by 3pm the same I had a new tyre. Crisis averted! Thanks to both of you
